Sponsorship Levels

The following are support packages for the Capital District Sports Women of the Year. CDSWOY honors outstanding high school and college female student-athletes for excellence in academics, athletics, and community service.

To participate, please provide your advertisement in PDF format, along with your color logo in both JPG and PNG formats. Kindly email these materials to cdswoy@gmail.com by the deadline of July 1, 2024. Thanks to your generous support of CDSWOY, we can continue to celebrate and encourage the achievements of these outstanding individuals.

Honor Sponsor — $5,000

Overview

As an Honor Sponsor, your brand will receive the highest level of visibility and recognition. Your logo will be prominently displayed on our website and linked to your company’s homepage. You will be recognized during each of the 13 finalist announcements on our website and in media throughout June and July, as well as during the announcements of the two Grand Sports Woman of the Year awards. At the Gala, your logo will be featured on the video screen and on a banner for photographs and media interviews (if sponsored by June 15), as well as on the front of the commemorative program. You will receive a full-page color advertisement on the inside front cover of the program and a full-page letter from a company representative, complete with a photo, in support of CDSWOY. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to speak at the Gala and receive a photograph with the two Grand Winners, which will be provided to your company. This sponsorship also includes six tickets to the Awards Gala, allowing you to fully engage with the celebration.
